When you need it - the public transportation system is outstanding and easy to access from Astoria subway stop just one block away.

Our beds are comfortable and have fine quality cotton and lyocell sheets and pillow cases, down comforters and nice plump pillows.

All rooms have quality heating all ensuite private bathrooms, and central hot water system!

The building has an elevator so you dont need to struggle with your luggage on the stairs.

There is no smoking anywhere inside our guest house. There is a very pleasant courtyard in our buildingor our private Loggiawhere you can smoke.

Our Guest House is in an old 1890's traditionally built house with rooms insulated by overly thick walls and cooled by a shady courtyard, air-conditioning isn't needed and simply adds to the authenticity. (We have fans in all rooms.)
